1. Website operator and status

HOT BLINDERS is currently a pre-launch promotional demonstration. The example gift catalog is inactive. It does not accept payments, execute orders, issue virtual currency, or promise that any performer will receive a payment.

Before launch, the operating Chinese company must fill in and display: [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH], [UNIFIED SOCIAL CREDIT CODE], [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS], [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL], [CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHANNEL/HOURS].

2. Nature of offerings

The catalog currently displays illustrative prices in USD and symbolic digital fan-gift names. It does not sell TikTok coins, imply TikTok endorsement, or include physical merchandise. Before any sale, each actual paid offering must describe what the operator will deliver, how fulfillment is evidenced, delivery timing, recipient, any applicable limits, total price, currency, taxes, and refund conditions. A payment must never be described as a charitable donation unless it genuinely qualifies as such and the payment processor accepts it.

3. Fair use and conduct

Users must not impersonate others, misuse payment instruments, harass performers, attempt fraud, or bypass age verification. Support is voluntary and should always remain within the user's means. No spending competition, leaderboards promoting excessive purchases, or pressure to spend will be offered. Purchases must never be marketed as guaranteeing personal contact, a romantic relationship, priority treatment, or a particular outcome.

4. Payments and verification

No payment integration is currently active. If enabled, the Chinese operating company—not the independent volunteer site developer—must be the named merchant of record, hold the payment-account credentials, determine compliant offerings, handle payouts, maintain order records, and manage taxes, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. PayPal acceptance is not guaranteed. The company must have its business activity reviewed and approved by the relevant processor, and must not evade restrictions by mislabeling gifts or passing commercial sales through inappropriate personal accounts.

5. Age and minors

Paid gift transactions are intended only for users 18 years or older. The actual launch must include appropriate age-assurance controls, spending safeguards and applicable reporting/refund processes for minors. A self-declared checkbox alone is not necessarily sufficient. Suspicious or unauthorized payments by minors must be investigated under applicable law.

6. Images, trademarks and third-party platforms

Photographs, performer names, logos and artwork may be displayed only with the relevant owner or person's permission. Nothing on this site grants permission to reuse those images. HOT BLINDERS is an independent website concept and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, PayPal or other payment providers.

7. Refunds, disputes and legal rights

Please review the Refunds & Disputes Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, PayPal Purchase Protection, cardholder chargeback rights, or legally required remedies. A declared "no refunds" policy does not prevent lawful disputes or chargebacks.

8. Personal information

See the Privacy Policy. The present demo does not store name, email or order data through an application backend. Basic web infrastructure may process technical data as explained in that policy. When a real checkout is built, full details of personal data processing, payment provider disclosures and cross-border transfers must be included before collection begins.

9. Changes and disputes

Content and prices shown here are samples that may change before the site opens. Any future binding terms must be shown for affirmative acceptance at checkout. Mandatory legal rules in applicable jurisdictions take priority over conflicting website wording. The operating company must provide an accessible method to contact it and resolve disputes.
